Rates
The exchange rate varies a lot (up and down) and often. Therefore, we estimate our rates in Sri Lankan Rupees and Euros. The cost of living is unpredictable months in advance. Therefore, we estimate our rates for the next season. The rates are evaluated and fixed a couple of months before.
Our rates' range is from 20€ (garden view bungalows during low season) to 70€ (sea view bungalows during high season). These rates could be reduced according to the cost of living and Patini's occupancy. If you have booked at a high rate and we reduce our rate, you would get the discounted rate.

Our rates are per night for two people. They include all taxes, hot water for the shower, unlimited drinkable water, tea, coffee (French press), wifi, books, magazines, toys, games (outdoor and indoor) and our advices/support (in English et en français).

Booking com charges 15%
commission. We add this commission on top of our direct rates.
Extra requirements
Extra sleepings
We have single (90x180cm, 3x6ft) and
double (150x180cm, 5x6ft) extra foam mattresses and a baby cot. They are laid
on the floor. They come with a mosquito net. They are comfortable for children
and youth, but less for adults. The single mattress can be added in C1, C2, C4
and C5. C3 is too small. It costs 1’500rs (around 5€) per night. The double
mattress can be added only in C1 and C2. It costs 3’000rs (around 10€) per
night. The baby cot is for toddlers below 2 years old. It can be added to any
bungalows. It costs 1’500rs (around 5€) per night.
We don’t mind how many children or youth sleep in one
bungalow. You need to pay only the extra sleepings. You can share your bed with
your children free of charge. Extra children can sleep on the extra mattresses
free of charge.
Single night supplement
We charge 1'000rs (around 3€) extra for one
night stay per bungalow because of the full cleaning. This supplement
is applicable to any rates.
Discounts
We give a cleaning discount of 5% on the
bungalow's rate if the bungalow is not cleaned during 5 nights.
We give a loyalty card. One night is free for two weeks stay. Regular guests accumulate nights. The 15th night is free at the average rate of the 15 nights. The loyalty card can be filled over many years...
Payment
We accept payment only in cash. You can pay in Sri Lankan rupees, Swiss francs, Euros or US dollars. We will check the exchange rate at Sampath Bank the day of your payment
